Problem86 evolved from Xcentech Computers, founded in 2004 as an answer to the declining level of industry support and the unhappiness of American customers with big-box IT service.
We transitioned from a home-based operation to a commercial office in 2005 to accommodate our growing client base. Problem86 was later established as a subsidiary to focus specifically on small business technology planning, server implementation, and non-profit/government support services.
